Jacquie Guinn
An instructor in the fitness industry for over 30 years and is currently a trainer and assessor for Fitness N.I. (the governing body for fitness and exercise in Northern Ireland).
Karen Case
Karen has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years. Her first fitness qualification was in Exercise to Music and the course tutor was none other than Jacquie Guinn, later to become her partner in Lifedock!
