Chi Me Animal Frolics uses simple animal actions to engage children in mindful movement, creating space for them to breath, find calm. manage emotions and have fun in a non-competitive environment.
What you will learn
This course will equip you to safely and confidently deliver Chi Me Animal Frolics session for children or people with learning disabilities You will learn how to structure and adapt your session according to the age and abilities of your group. You will have your own dedicated course tutor to guide and support you as you learn. As an accredited training centre with an 'excellent' EQA rating, we guarantee quality support and feedback.
