A Busy Year so far at LifeDock Training

January, February and March have been JAM PACKED with newly qualified LifeDock Leaders. This quarter we have trained over 40 instructors in Chi Me with Arthritis UK. And there are now 100+ new instructors within BHSCT and SEHSCT trained in IndepenDance, ChairTastic, Chi Me and Strength & Balance.

Group Training – In Person or Live via Zoom

We offer in-person or live Zoom training for groups of 12 or more participants. Many of these courses are funded by the five Health Trusts in Northern Ireland, which provide funded places. While we do not make the final decision we are happy to support you by forwarding your details to our relevant Trust representative.

Individual Learning – Online via LifeDock

For individual learners, our LifeDock e-learning platform offers flexible, supported learning that can begin straight away.

  • Level 2 accredited courses
  • Around 30 learning hours per course
  • Access to videos, tutorials, and quizzes via your LifeDock dashboard
  • dedicated tutor to support you throughout
  • Written/theory assessment plus a practical assessment (video or live call)
  • 6 months to complete your course
