Limerick Sports Partnership - Sportsability Day

Lifedock Training had the privilege of taking part in Limerick Sports Partnership's Sportsability day, held at the UL Arena in Limerick. Over 250 people attended and took part in a variety of activities including, wheelchair basketball, Judo, Rowing and of course Lifedock's Chair Based Activity, On your Feet and Chi Me.
