Move Laugh Relax, a new one day workshop from Lifedock is designed for anyone who works or volunteers with older people, learning disabilities, physical disability, mental health and health conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. Elements include:

Seated and standing games to get competitive juices flowing, as movement, laughter, improved motor skills, co-ordination , balance and agility all on the menu!

Mindfulness and Relaxation

Lead your group in sessions that will help them to be in the moment, manage stress and feel more relaxed and calm…

Hand Therapy

Learn how give the gift of a hand massage  - a treat many of your service users will love, love, love!

Move in the Chair

Simple and fun movement in the safety of the chair…

Make It Sessions

Get creative with fresh ideas as your service users laugh, chat and make crafts together – some of which can even be used in your On Your Feet and Chair sessions!
