I understand that I have 6 months to complete the course:a. You will receive a reminder email one month before completion date.
If the course is not completed by the six month deadline, you can request an extension from your tutor.This request must be submitted BEFORE the deadline has lapsed.
If the course is not completed by the six month deadline or any agreed extension, your access to the course willend and a £70.00 fee will be payable to regain access.
Once the course is completed and all assessments criteria fulfilled, you will continue to have access to the course materials.
I understand that I will be allocated a tutor/assessor:
Your tutor/assessor will be available to guide and support you throughout the course and assessment.
You are entitled to 3 Zoom or telephone tutorials which can be taken at any time over the duration of the course.
Additional support is provided at the tutor’s discretion, however this may incur additional costs.
I understand that I am required to complete a written and practical assessment:
The written assignment must be your own work, not copied directly from course
Materials or including the use of generative AI
The written assignment will be marked by your tutor who will provide feedback and guidance, if any part of the assignment needs to be resubmitted. If a second submission is required, there will be an additional fee of £30.00. Access to the course will be denied until the additional fee has been paid.
The practical assessment can be submitted either by video or a Zoom session. Feedback will be provided by your tutor/assessor. A maximum of two resubmissions of the practical assessment is allowed after which time a £30.00 fee will be payable. Access to the course will be denied until the additional fee has been paid
