NIAMH ARE GETTING PHYSICAL!

Niamh (the Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health) is committed to supporting mental health and wellbeing for all. Their Inspire Wellbeing learning disability service supports over 130 individuals with learning disabilities in residential and supported living locations across Northern Ireland.  Inspire’s service objectives are to deliver high quality services which promotes, improves and sustains the service user’s quality of life, health and wellbeing. Lifedock Training are delighted to announce we will be partnering with Niamh to train Inspire Wellbeing staff in Chair Based Activity, Chi Me, On Your Feet and Hip Hop Body Shock in 2016.
