Why LifeDock is your number one choice?

  1. Laughter and fun… We believe that fun should be your number one goal when delivering Chair Based exercise to the people you support. We also really believe in the power of music to motivate, engage and energise your participants... because if they are laughing, singing and moving in your sessions, they will keep coming back for more!
  2. A dedicated course tutor…We believe you should provide the best experience for your participants. This is why you will have your own personal tutor who will support, guide and encourage you to be a Chair Based Exercise leader who will deliver safe, effective sessions filled with laughter and fun.
  3. Quality assurance… We are an accredited OCN training centre, with an unbroken 20 year, ‘excellent’ EQA (External Quality Assurance) rating. This means your tutor will provide support and feedback on both practical and written assessments to ensure you become an excellent Chair Based Exercise leader!
  4. AccessibilityOnline, On Zoom or In person – choose your preferred choice of learning format.
  5. Ongoing support… As a LifeDock Leader you will continue to have access to video tutorials on the LifeDock Learning platform and ongoing support once training is completed.

This training is a must if you work or volunteer in a day centre, nursing or residential homes, supported housing, leisure centres and community outreach programmes.

'I have never been the greatest advocate for online training but, I found the information and the accompanying videos very informative and helpful. I'm now looking forward to starting the next part of my journey within the fitness industry.' Dave Durnell, April 2024
