Become a Chair Based Exercise Instructor...

The LifeDock Chair Based Exercise Instructor Training course is a fully accredited level 2 qualification and has been designed for those who understand the value and rewards of bringing physical activity and exercise to older people and adults with physical and/or learning disabilities. This seated exercise course provides training in the delivery of a robust session outline, while also allowing leaders the freedom to inject their own personality and above all make exercise fun!
