Become a Chair Based Exercise Instructor...

The LifeDock Chair Based Exercise Instructor Training course is a fully accredited level 2 qualification and has been designed for those who understand the value and rewards of bringing physical activity and exercise to older people and adults with physical and/or learning disabilities. This seated exercise course provides training in the delivery of a robust session outline, while also allowing leaders the freedom to inject their own personality and above all make exercise fun! Our highly experienced tutors will equip leaders to teach seated exercises that promote mobility, flexibility and strength. The course also addresses safety, communication, group management and teaching skills.

The Chair Base Exercise course can be delivered in person or via Video Conferencing for groups of 12 or more over 3 sessions. Due to Covid-19 there is flexibility on course delivery. Please contact us for more information on your training requirements.
